It is called a rainbow roll. Basically you use two different colored inks on the same roller. Half the roller was blue and half red.

Just be careful not to start to hard you will be sore after each workout in the beginning but keep at it. Also make sure to pay attention to your diet as well. Ive used intermittent fasting with really good results
