The loose skin is always the worst part of weight loss (I dropped six and a half stone myself, so currently around 157lbs).

PS, sorry of any of this offends, I still have weight issues in my mind even though I'm 'thin'! Stupid brain!
So I guess my message is well done, sod the saggy skin (it happens), and be happy with your accomplishment, not because of anyone else!
A lot of the damage was already done, but I'm much healthier now and I can only guess how bad I'd be if I hadn't done anything about it!
Anyway, not I'm 11 stone 12-ish and probably a bit underweight, but after being overweight for literally 2 thirds of my life it feels good.
So I was 18 and a half stone a few years ago, lost a lot of weight in about a year (got down to 13 and a half) and felt pretty good.
Sorry, if you want to here goes, but it's be nice to have a reply as I'm going through a crappy time and hope this helps!
