Working tangential to the medical field & also spending time on a med school campus, the doctors we do have & the upcoming med students are dumb as shit. Most of the students can't be bothered to read an email past the first four words & can't figure out basic room numbers in buildings. The docs are lazy with their documentation & have trouble keeping it straight on if they're working on the left or right side of their patient.
Min wage is 7.25, that comes to 1160, pre tax, per month. There's not an apartment in this state that's less than ~1200/month. So your suggestion is cram 3-4 people into a one bedroom (if you're lucky it's not a loft) & then they can still barely survive. And it isn't a matter of "just move somewhere cheaper" because that has so many more issues.
From what I've heard, 3 is really just 2 again because it's still mostly all water.

Nah, peer review is absolutely a thing. Fiance & her best friend have a couple formal diagnoses between them & even just me looking at myself, it's definitely there & I don't need a formal Dx.

It's completely inane. The music and lyrics grate on my skull. And for whatever reason it blew up & every basic bitch white person lost their minds over it & made it so avoiding this piece of dreck was very difficult.
