My cat is adjusting to our new place too. It's been a week and he still hides under the bed most of the day. He's getting better though.

We do, they patrol the lots all day long. No one did. And they just so happened to park in the same lane I did everyday. Just snapped a pic
One reason our school uses it is because we have one way lanes in our lots. The extreme angle forces that. Probably other reasons.
