1. the lending company offers 1-2k rebate when using their realtor-connection service, i've picked up 2 realtors (2 different MLS areas)
well this is interesting - is this just to make sure there's no shenanigans ensuing for the lenders?
right?! its nutty. im struggling a little to get the realtor to respond to me today, but she'll get to my 4 emails eventually, im sure...

The lending company has a deal where if I go with their home connect big agency realtor I get about 1k off closing costs, seems good?
I do, I was just running through the whole process with the lending agent and asking specific questions that had me bigcurious to other’s xp
