#7 Some of these civilization are older than than Polaris being the North Star (Egyptian for instance) so I am skeptical of your image. (needs citation, oh I will just look it up). "In my ideal society" rigid rules are applied to everyone as if we are all the same and here is my one idea informed only by my experience.
