Ever consider using pipe cleaners for the legs? It gives them a bit of "fuzziness".
That's not a "fairly good" PC though. 8GB of VRAM is the bare *minimum* nowdays, 16GB RAM is also rather skimpy, the 6 core CPU is low end (my 7 year old 3900x is still a better CPU), and a 1TB drive is going to fill up really fast.
Have you looked at PC hardware prices lately? A decent GPU can easily be close to 1k by itself.

I wouldn't trust him to actually restore Democracy, or even punish those who are allowing the orange kiddy diddler to do whatever he wants.
