Unfortunately, no. We have done to multiple trainers and spent over 2000 to try to get him the help me needed.
It is the same with mine. Anyone around and he has muzzle on.
My rescue was abused and is a fear biter. Had him for years now. He loves his family but will still bite new people if they try to pet him.
