I remember street gangs would akin to some Looney Tunes characters. Merch tees and jerseys after the movie Space Jam made this popular. I don't know if Taz was a gang thing. Logic rule - apply logic to anything in the image. On the big cat, I can see individual whiskers, I can see an eye iris slit at 2 pixels width across. But there is no mouth. No mouth pixels can be seen even with a photoshop negative of the image.
