It’s actually the same use, just in one instance the child is cis and in the other it isn’t. Denying medicine to trans people simply because they’re trans is called transphobia.
That is incorrect. Leuprolide was used in human clinical settings starting in the 70s. Again, it really seems like you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Puberty blockers have been in use since the 1970s. We already know what happens: very little if anything at all.
And btw we have decades and decades worth of data showing that puberty blockers have negligible long term effects if any. Precocious puberty is something we’ve known about for quite a long time.

Again, gender affirming surgeries almost never happen, and gender distress is a definitely a problem that can be readily addressed by noninvasive, non-permanent medical care. You’re arguing against something that happens at the frequency of a rounding error.

Also, surgeries are almost never performed on children. Gender affirming care is almost entirely social acceptance and temporary puberty blockers which have negligible long term effects if at all. It kinda sounds like you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Breast reductions are sometimes performed on boys with gynecomastia. Makes sense to me.
