I was trying to make pencil holder that looked like a giant revolver cylinder. Then I built a revolver around that cylinder. Kept going.
The rifles are hanging on the walls of my basement, the pistols are hanging in my gun room.
It took about a month working a 2-3 hours a day.
Dolphins call this “catching a yacht”
Looks like a punt gun yes. But it’s actually a large scale model I made of wood.
Hey, I have my harness on! Lol.
Every time I post one of these I get dozens of comments asking if they really shoot. SMH.
Bees pollinate the vegetables. Gotta be some stupid ass vegans.

The Kraken photo is boss. Upvote from Zeus.
And you though stepping on legos was painful.
It was all hand carved from wood, not machined.
I think they are concealed carry purses.
It's actually not a trainer. I just built it because I wanted to. It has been sold to a gun store as a display.

You are correct. Internally it's a lot different than a real AR-15. To make it work with wood, you have to change things a lot.
No, it's a wood sculpture that happens to have moving parts.
It's actually a wood model made by me. Not one of the old army training aids.
Because it was a challenge, plus I sold it for a lot of money.
Because it was fun to do, plus someone paid me a LOT of money for it.
It's "saw-mill" spec.
I'm gonna let them hang it in their corporate headquarters.
Because wood is not as strong. Therefore no room inside for same action as original gun. Mainly display pieces with external moving parts.
