Except that is the joke, and 5! Is the answer 5 is not, but 120 also is
#29 was one that bothered me the first time I read it, purely because I see so many of those questions like "if you can solve this you're a genius" for basic math. Then finding out what the answer was indeed 5! and I just don't know enough math. At least these days I can feel a little more enlightened
Being nerds, gaming events, safe spaces
I have a super social child, no idea where she gets it from as both my wife and me are introverts
Not sure if this is similar in Korea as it was in Japan, but when we visited we noticed just how much more comfortable boys / guys were just being relaxed around each other, friendly hugging and being close without it meaning anything other than good friends. Western society has focussed so much on boys not showing any emotion or feelings or showing any sort of feelings towards the same sex unless it is sexual, just saying.. its was refreshing to see
I thought needles was the name of the cat, so was confused, worked it out by the end.
I failed to quit a number of times, every attempt wasn't for the right reasons so I found myself blaming others every time I wanted to smoke, the last time about 20 years ago I re-read Alan Carr's easy way to quit with the mental attitude of 'I want this" and went cold turkey and never desired or wanted a smoke since, all previous attempts felt like I was still a smoker just being denied a cigarette, last time felt truely freeing
These are fun, then you see all the kids licking them, a lot of fun during Covid
If I had the time and skills I would 100%.. consider doing this, or at least do the first part then chicken out putting it back in the store, I would however collaborate with the local librarian on this.
The issue I find now is the excuse stops being only "but I am poor" , to also being "I don't have the time" , which while being valid I don't think is a good enough excuse, and as people start opposing ai more and more you will starting finding you have a lot more time on your hands.
I enjoyed the video, but my brain is telling me at least some of them are ai
Recommended food in Japan - anything, just try everything,We visited in February / March and I never ate a bad meal, there was exceptional and great meals, maybe one or two "good" meals, but nothing I felt I wouldn't happily finish, I ate far too many egg sando's from the Konbini's and it still wasn't enough.
Watching that as a father of two small girls, my old thought was leave the car alone, just get out.. then relief when they got away, I would have hugged my girls so hard, who cares about the vehicle
For Obama day , absolutely, he obviously admires him immensely because he never stops talking about him.
Pretty much this, my wife and I did two weeks exploring, left the kids with Grandparents, next trip back in a few years when the kids are older will be very planned and bit more relaxed, gives me 4 odd years to do more language learning, Japanese is hard, but super fun.
Mine at the vet, after a week of barely eating and drinking, decided to go back to normal and pretend none of it happened.
My 42 year old mind is willing, I probably even have the strength, my knees however would absolutely object to doing that.
The paper towel was a game changer, I am unsure why it took so long for that neat trick to elude me
Absolutely love this, a little bit of loving work on the clamp which is missing some chunks and this will continue to outlive many a woodworker, how good would that be to work on.
That is neat, it really feels like a desire to explore a whole lot of wood working techniques and finding a little project that allows for that with great success, I struggle with this, it is always nice when I get someone who asks for something to be made and I get to have fun in the workshop exploring stuff like this.
We did a two week Japan trip without the kids (6 and 4), it was 20-30k steps a day with lots of "strange" foods they wouldn't have enjoyed, first holiday we haven't taken them on, we are however going to take them the next the trip to Japan when they are older and can appreciate ad enjoy the experience
Absolutely, it's not hoarding.. it's archiving

Love this, last visit to France was 2015, have spent the last few years casually learning more French and will one day get back, Disneyland Paris I especially want to visit again as I didn't really get it when I visited, I have since been properly educated by wife.
Basic conversion from NZD to USD and into Gallons, we are paying about $13.50 NZ for a Gallon, or $3.50 a litre, converts to about $7.80 USD per Gallon, for the cheapest fuel
Got back from Japan a few weeks ago, blossom season was just kicking off early, it was fantastic without all the crowds, I noted my wife was already looking at places to visit when we inevitably go back.
I can't think of a better way for him to have finished that, beautifully delivered
Having recently visited Japan, and Hiroshima I honestly feel it should be a requirement for any world leader to visit one of the memorial museums, and if they can leave that place uneffected by what they witness then it should essentially disqualify them from holding office.
Pretty much this, absolutely loved the country and the people were absolutely lovely on the surface, but stories from friends who have attempted to work there and reddit stories about people working in Japan leave a very different story.Ideally for me I would love to learn the language and more about the culture while doing a work from home type role, encourage the right type of immegration for those who want to embrace and support the life and cultures rather than change it.
