NY too.. My town is so restrictive I've given up even though I have the will and cash to do it yesterday.
The renewed assault on property taxes is simply a sneaky way to attack good free public education.
Do you drive or walk the streets? Have you ever been almost hit by one going the wrong way on an avenue or in a bike lane?
Because the "riders" disobey all traffic rules and end up hurting themselves or others barreling around with a 1000lb+ vehicle. They're all over NYC and they suck
You mean the annual interest more than your monthly salary- The national debt is kind of like a mortgage and credit card debt rolled into one. And for the vast majority of people the interest they pay on all their debt is much more than their monthly salary

I had a disaster of japanese beetles, using 4 traps on my acre for 3 years, I was emptying the bags every few days, now I'm at the point where I hardly see any, and also my neighbors don't either. I soak them in water to kill them and let them rot a bit and pour the water around the yard hopefully to cause disease for whichever survive.
The finished pieces are all different... I can't get past that?

Duh, Conservatives skew older and are less technologically saavy- That being said, confidence in identifying deepfakes is not something to take lightly either- Nothing worse than false confidence.

You can use thinned artist oils or glazes, make sure to add japan drier and clearcoat it with oil poly.
