Old man who likes videogames , movies , roleplaying games , music from 50’s to today , comics , boardgames and sci-fi & fantasy in all forms.
Thx! Being a 61 year old carpenter, I have absolutely no clue about any of this. However, it intrigues me very much to read about it. I figure you are never to old to learn new stuff. Fascinating indeed.
Sorry to bother you, but could you ask your partner? I trust someone with a genuine education way over google/AI or wikipedia.
It could be. I’d like to know.
This was great!
(shamefully blushing while studdering: W’a-w’a-w’a-w’a….)
That’s awesome!
Hahaha, the one I miss is actually the live: Minimum-maximum, but from now on, I’m gonna call it the sprocket session. F’ing brilliant mate!
Thx 4 tip! Pink Floyd is the main focus atm.
Although it’s on a very small scale, it’s still brutally savage.
Here’s what my pea sized brain doesn’t understand: a guy like Bezos or Musk could’ve gone down in history as the man who ended famin, but chose their everlasting legacy to be ending aid, healthcare, education and human rights. Is it some kind of competition on who can be most wile?
Golddigging whore! Nothing but a life support system for a cunt.
I sincerely hope and wish her kids makes her life miserable, stressful and the house in a state of chaos. Mostly by rockhousing and having all mischiefs performed to perfection.
Hahaha, perfect! Thank you very much!
Isn’t US ok with sinking boats and killing everyone aboard, without asking questions, if they are suspected of smuggling something?
Cartoon soundeffect in my head: BOING BOING BOING BOING!
It’s so weird. It’s almost like they WANT the world to hate them.
Boy band? Surely you mean the clash? THEY were the boyband. Handpicked by Bernie Rhodes from the 101’ers and London SS. Lydon might be a cunt who sold out, but the was that from the get-go.
Same to you, my good man. Have a great rest of the summer.
Yes, THAT John Lydon. Siouxie did some rising herself with her tits out and swaztika armband everywhere, all the time. Kind of a big part of being in a punk band, you know. Taking the he piss out of people. Being an old geezer, I’ve seen them both live. In London. 1977. Did you?
According to John Lydon she was a boring wannabe British housewife who bragged about her new washing machine to everybody constantly.
Somehow, it’s very soothing to see Doomtrain’s curiosity and hunting instinct kick in. It makes me happy. Very cute kittens. All of them.
Exactly where did I claim to be British?
If you’re an american, it’s understandable. You’ve been dealt a very bad hand recent year and a half. On this side of the pond, it’s no way near as bad. In fact, prices in general haven’t risen much more than any other 18 month period. Products from the US not included. Easily fixed; we buy products from over here instead. Or start manufacturing similar ourselves, if we doesn’t already.
Temporarily looking past that she’s beautiful, it’s a very well made and accurate cosplay costume. Now back to enjoying the beautiful again.
Fucking monsters!
In Sweden, we have what is called Swedish rounders. Often played in school gym class or neighborhood/family picnics. It’s a scaled down version played with a tennisball and no pitcher. You lightly hurl the ball upwards with one hand yourself, and swing with a smaller one hand bat. Three chances. If you hit, you run. From a small batting board, aiming to run around 4 bases. The out-team catches and throws to a ”burner” at the batting board, who catches, steps on the board and yells ”BURNED!”
Unfortunately, we don’t have much baseball here in Europe. Especially not when I grew up in the 70’s. It looks like a sport I would’ve enjoyed tremendously in my younger years. The combination of both team and individual achievements appeals to me.
Corto Maltese and Dylan Dog are relatively popular amongst comic fans here in Sweden. I also collected Tex Willer as a kid in the late 70’s/early 80’s, but it got bumped out of contention by a bunch of other wild west comics.
Just go all-in!! As they say: break a leg!
