You probably know this but be very careful what you mix with ammonia you can create toxic gas. Poor woman needs to get medical help.
Large dogs and even my service dog can hold her bladder and bowels for 6 hours before getting on public transportation she always goes for a walk first. For very long or international flights, some dogs use an absorbent puppy pad. But I've seen people use a portable patch of fake grass. Female dogs are more picky about where they go pee but male dogs will just go right over the top of another dog's spot.
So a child goes to school for six or seven hours completes a gender reassignment surgery, recovers in a building that barely has the basics because budgets get cut every year, and goes home the same day 🤣
His mouth has a really weird spastic way of speech, prosody and it's revolting. I can't stand to hear him talk for even a few seconds. Gives me the ick.
emotional support animals are not allowed in the cabin anymore as far as I know.
a dog flying on an airline needs a CVI certification from a veterinarian that they are healthy and up to date on shots but there is no such thing as a registered service dog, there's no state or national registry. there is however a doctor's letter that people could show but that's not necessary.
technically that's not allowed the dog needs to have four on the floor or laying at the handler's feet. service dogs are not allowed off leash unless medically necessary. it's also a liability if the dog causes some kind of injury which rarely happens but theres never a non-zero chance even with a trained animal. it also distracts them too much. I have a medical service dog and elderly people and children are constantly running up to her and petting her. It happens.
A comfort animal or an ESA is not a service dog. Service dogs must have "four on the floor" and not allowed on seats or off leash unless medically necessary.
airplanes have a area where service dogs can toilet. Service dogs will go to the bathroom in unfamiliar places. But it can be more difficult for females though because they like to toilet away from any other dogs business but a male will just go right over the top of another dog's business, or where another dog has been even if it's been cleaned up there's still a scent
Very large breeds like that do not get neutered until they are fully grown and for a Great Dane that might take 3 years. it is to avoid certain kinds of cancers but also skeletal and muscular problems like hip dysplasia and torn ligaments. the hormones help their bones to grow correctly.
There's no such thing as a certified service dog, there's no state registry there's no national registry tracking certified service dogs. There is however a doctor's note saying that a service dog would be useful for the person. I'm sure that there are training colleges that give some graduation papers, but that's not the same thing. Any company that says they will certify a service dog is probably a scam. Airports routinely turn people away when they try to turn in service dog papers.

They are double coated dogs and should never be shaved. maybe it had post grooming furunculosis but if that were the case the whole dog would have been shaved down for antibiotics.
Golden retrievers should never be shaved they are double coated dogs this dog's coat is probably destroyed now. maybe it got shaved due to surgery, lump removal though and it's still growing back.

I tried one of those with my girl when she was a puppy in training and it didn't work. I swear I was keeping the leash companies and harness people employed trying to find something that would work. I use a gentle leader on her now and she's a well-behaved medical alert service dog. The front pull harness worked for about 3 days and then she ignored it. that was during her bratty teenage phase, lol.

Collars and harnesses often encourage dogs to pull, but this dog also doesn't have leash manners and needs to learn the leave it command. The owner should stop the walk, steer it the other direction. It's learning that it can get its way if it continues to pull forward.

I think there are international laws about staying away from whales and other marine life. When they come close that's unavoidable but people aren't supposed to interact with them. People are also asked not to let their dogs chase shorebirds or collect wildlife off of beaches. Even rocks can't be chiseled out from rock faces in some places but it's allowable to pick up agates, and shells that don't have wildlife in them.
