all representitives who are voted to their position should receive the same healthcare and median monetary income of the people they represent. Also I would like to see them employed for 5 years before being able to run for the position. Real jobs, having a degree would be mandatory. plus a 3 term limit, after they would need to take 1 term off... only exeption to this would be to run for a higher position.
