Free will is very arguable, 3rd layoff since covid started, last time I was unemployed over a year, but this time i'm going into it with maxed out credit and food being ungodly expensive. The whim of people that don't know I exist control the direction of my life more than I do. Having breath hasnt felt like a good thing in years. I'm scrappy, I'll figure something out, I always do, because I have to, but i'm by no mental/physical/emotional measure doing "well".

In highschool I had the biggest crush on a girl but we were just friends. She'd come over after school and we'd bust out the DDR mats and play for hours. Nothing ever happened. Come to find out a decade later that she had a crush on me back then

I've never one time had a fantasy about killing someone who raped a loved one of mine personally. Unusual fantasy imo
I want to follow the burnout one, then I look at my bank account. 60 hours a week pays enough to get by. Rest is a reward :-/
The number of actively evil people doesn't surprise me. The number of people who find that evil acceptable does.

Applying for a thousand plus jobs a month over the last year, and only a few interviews. Can't even get a call back from Walmart or McDonald's. Work is the goal, but -how- to work is the question. So far, the ~4-5 dollars an hour after gas from DoorDash is winning.
