Unfortunately it is not certain. Ukraine is struggling with the new jet powered drones and has no defense against ballistic missiles. Things change very fast and Russia is still willing to sacrifice a lot of resources and bodies.

Not at all, the controversy is about not being able to own a copy of the game anymore. Physical disc allows you to do that. When you have only a downloaded digital copy from Sony, it is either challenging or impossible to own it or back it up. Emulators allow you to own it.
