You don’t realise how much it takes out of you until you hit the recovery period. And it’s slow going…..but it fucks the cancer…that’s good
Rest as much as your body asks for. Work out the pattern of feeling shite, aches and then then good days. Went through 18 weeks. 1/2

Grew up doing this with my father. 1907 Drummond lathe was our first patient. Tremendous learning and so much fu. Thanks for sharing
