it depends! specifically, it depends on the technology the monitor uses - LCDs work by having a big backlight that's always on, adjusting the amount of light that each pixel lets through -- so even if the pixels go dark, the energy used by the backlight doesn't change (though I imagine some screens might dim the backlight if there are no bright pixels anywhere on the screen). there might be less lighting calculations though, which might save some electricity, but that depends, too. (on the game)

"Survivable"? Hell, most Finns will voluntarily and [uncharacteristically] excitedly/happily spend time at such temperatures, often many times a week. (Though the exact temperature varies; Some people prefer 100C, others a chilly 70C) Even babies aren't exempt, though obviously you don't keep them in there as long as children/adults. (...and you probably wouldn't use a quite 100C sauna with babies and/or would keep them lower)

They are. When Japanese recipes have "人参 (M)" for "Carrot (Medium)", I need to write down "Carrot (MASSIVE)". I've *never* seen carrots that big in real life. If I manage to find *HUGE* carrots by local standards, I still need to add 2-3 of them if a Japanese recipe calls for one medium carrot!! (Also, plz link good Japanese recipes!)
And it's usually just basically a wrapper for your visa/mastercard, so even if they weren't, visa/mastercard could probably get them to fall in line pretty easily, like they did with valve...
(And in any case: Visa/Mastercard operate in Sweden, and they did force Steam to remove a bunch of NSFW games (most of which probably were Steam-only, I'd guess), so clearly they had a say in what you can buy, even in Sweden.)
Since international payment processing is such an essential service, and Visa/Mastercard(/Paypal) are essentially a monopoly - I mean, everyone basically has to support them if they want to sell something internationally, and them having the ability to unilaterally shut down global sales of things they don't like on a whim is... disturbing to say the least; EU (and others) should definitely try to craft something analoguous to net neutrality for payment processors.
I mean, that's how it *should* be, but I doubt that's how it is, even in Sweden. By which I mean, companies probably aren't required to provide their services to everyone who wants them (ie. if you think eg. of a contractor, they're free to choose what jobs to do, and they couldn't do an unlimited amount of jobs in any case), they can select who they enter contracts with, and so Visa/Mastercard can just decide not do business with someone who sells something they don't like.

...what?? 40GB was standard in 2002, I had a 200GB drive by late 2003 or early 2004, and a total of over 1TB in drives by 2005-2006. (And for the record, I double-checked our local computer shop selection from archive.org - all the pre-built computers had 40GB or more, and most of the disks in the selection were larger than 40GB, with only a single disk smaller than 40GB [20GB, which was priced almost identically to the 40GB drives])
Blueberries are big, green inside, bland-tasting, and the bushes can grow over a meter tall and yield 10L of berries from a single bush. Bilberries are smaller, purple inside (and stain very easily), have a much more vivid taste, and the bushes are usually ~30cm tall. Blueberries are usually farmed, while bilberries are picked from forests. And there is no such thing as a huckleberry - as in, it isn't a single thing, but a name used for various different small red/blue/black berries.
