Chef here, can confirm. Shift 7 am-12am at the earliest. No break except two minutes before service so those that smoke can step out
The craziness part of this is that dudes sunglasses stayed in the boat
To tell me that they where basically being tailgated by helicopters and tanks and no one heard anything. It just ridiculous

I was venmoed 20 dollars because “we broke 1 or 2 plates and a couple mugs”. I swear it’s a miracle im not in jail for murder
I left town for a week. My roommates broke 95 % of my plates destroyed my $400 chefs knife and my french press. B4 I came back home...
Especially since I don’t make that much to begin with. But I need insurance and the market is too pricy for me
I just recently had to make the decision on health insurance through my employer. And now I make a quarter less each week. Sucks..
