I try to be positive as much as I can. With four kids and a wife who works full time and so do I, life is very busy to make ends meet. I have found that trying to have a good attitude goes such a long way. So stay positive, try to be in a good mood and don't let others drag you down. You might be surprised how far it will get you. It got me the love of my life, amazing kids, and my dream job. It didn't get me wealth or a lack of bills, but that stuff really isn't that important anyways :D
It's for a hot water circulation system. Cycles the water in the hot water lines on a time based song to keep the water hot in the hot lines so there is no delay when turning on a hot water tap. The white lines are the return part of that system. Notice they go back into the water heater, there's a small pump in there just for that function.
