Where I see the problem is that after you stop gaming and just leave it to cool it needs about 10-15 minutes to get back to 50s.
Idle after boot are around 40°C. Than if you game for an hour they rise to about 84/85 there I set the fans to max.

One that would be on the side panel. Would not have as direct airflow but the case temps aren't the problem, the GPUs are.

So yeah sorry I just posted a pic for reddit. The problem is the GPU. And the question was either a vertical CPU fan or another exhaust.
