I live in Australia actually, but you're right, in the suburbs. However to own a firearm here you need a pretty good reason :)
I don't own a gun so it's a legitimate question. I hadn't thought about neighbours or chatting whilst shooting things.
Isn't that against some laws, firing weapons outside of a designated rifle range? (Excluding 'self defense' and being an officer).
Why would anyone need a suppressor?
