This is pretty much why so many captains said "Fuck the Prime Directive" in the Star Trek universe.
I'm not trying to defend cops, ACAB. But this case was clear-cut to me.
His aorta ruptured, leading to his death, allegedly. Hope it hurt like hell.

To be fair, it does say she failed the test, and it also seems like the driving standards and testing are much more stringent there in Britain. In my mind, at some point it'll get pointed out to her that it's not worth it to keep failing over and over again, and she'll have to abandon the idea of ever getting her license. She is forever destined to be a passenger, never the driver.
