Vegan can be done ok... but it is almost always not. Vegetarian is much easier to do and make tasty.
hmm never thought to try and control it... I.E. turn it into a handstand on the handlebars... was never intentional when I did it.
As somebody who used to ride bmx he hit only the front brake while at speed. Whips you over the handlebars and swats you.
