Animals do carry pathogens that are transmissible to humans, but they are tested for and regulated (at least they were). Using human waste means you get a lot more pathogens in our food that are specialized to humans, which means if you want to grow food safe for consumption, you need to test for wider range of pathogens. This is expensive and takes time, and given the administration's gun-ho attitude about deregulation, I can guarantee they will not test for these pathogens.
They still launch at full price and remain that high until people stop buying it and they drop it in a sale. They said the same thing about digital releases reducing the prices of game almost 15 years ago and it never manifested then and will not manifest now.

This is contingent upon them not losing support across their own base; if they water down the votes in these districts enough, it won't take many votes flipped from disgruntled GOP voters to change the results. Their polling numbers are awful, though the dogmatic beliefs of the GOP voters can be difficult to break. It's difficult to say whether this is a sure fire win for them or not until the votes finally come in. I'm sure if they do end up losing, they'll cry foul and ignore the votes anyway.

It was open up until 2009 so this was full of PlayStation 3s and Playstation Portables at the time. I worked not too far from there so I was pretty sad to see it go.

I think you're right! Ellen was the big one that I recall, but there definitely was a lot more people who were all able to come out around the same time due to the momentum.
We are 100% seeing the ruling class put their thumbs on the scale, but I am reluctant to support the claim that the majority of the voting public wanted this. Even the people who voted for Trump were anti-Project 2025; granted, they still voted for him. Trumps policies are tanking his popularity, I just don't see the public support you are claiming. I see more protests and public action in the last year than in the last two decades.
In 1997 Elen DeGeneres came out as gay publicly; there was pushback, but I seem to recall she either kept her job as a show host or was back at it quickly afterwards. We now had openly gay people hosting TV shows in very visible roles. So yeah, we had a similar thing to Channel Four though it was a decade later.
