I guess it's a personal thing. I play games on a low-spec pc, so I'm honestly just happy a game runs and is fun to play.
It’s things like this that make me wonder why people complain when graphics aren’t picture perfect. As long as the game is fun, who cares?

Looked more like the Holo-rifle from the dead money DLC to me
That's a fully automatic weapon, the ones in the comic have small caliber, semi-auto pistols. Much more difficult to place an instant kill
When something you've never seen before charges at you at high speeds, you would have maybe one glancing shot off before they're on you.

(Last part) when I enter VATS, I look at the deathclaw's health and realize it's the random encounter of a wounded deathclaw.
(2/2) I save my game, open up my Pipboy, select every chem I owned at that point, selected my most damaging weapon, enter vats...
(1/2) I remember I was a level 4 character in fallout 3, doing the mole rat quest, when I go up the memorial steps and see a deathclaw.
As I saw the pretty cat, Peter Hollens "Kiss the Girl" started playing, and now I'm laughing.
The leather chair one got me. That feeling started me on a path of rarely ever wearing shorts.
Not just that it was the joker. It was the fact that joker had tortured and manipulated him for months before this moment.
