They mark all training and dummy rounds inert so you don't inadvertently load it when you need them to be lethal and vice versa.

The code is they have to be gfi protected. If you have the one at the beginning of the circuit a regular outlet there is perfectly fine.

You don't need to GFIs on the same circuit. The one, as long as it's before the others in the line, provides protection for the rest.
