Yeah. It's an American twist on an Irish holiday, because fortune cookies are really Chinese, pizza is Italian and Taco Bell is Mexican.

I HAVE THAT PROBLEM. Have had that problem for years. Bus can only do so much. So I knit and Netflix most days.
My problem is I'm a writer with Twitter and a knitting shop on Etsy. My hands get restless just holding a book. The kindle helps, but...
Ditto on Dexter's Lab, but I always hated Johnny Bravo. But who remembers Two Stupid Dogs? Cow & Chicken? Angry Beavers? AHH! Real Monsters?
Seriously. I remember All Growed Up being very short lived, but it hurts my feels.

I was more confused why there was a Plank without a Johnny. Two of them, even.
No lie: when cooking, I've started tossing in rice vinegar for flavour, and I always think of Muriel: My secret ingredient... is vinegar!
...Also, why do the Ed(d)s have Plank, precisely? Much less two of them.

Yeah, came out last year. I've always loved Koontz as a rule. I got hooked on his Frankenstein series too, after the USA mini-series.
Is that in the Odd Thomas series? I haven't ready them yet, but they're on my list. Caught the film on Netflix, was really good.
Growing up, my dad read only sci fi and fantasy, so... it's kind of my thing. Harry Potter kid, meself.
It's a beautifully written series. Even the show is amazing. But you will hate/loathe a lot of people. Tyrion is my favourite, poor guy.

I would avoid Game of Thrones. If you're not screaming, "OMG, WHAT A DICK! YOU, SIR, NEED TO DIE" and "What?! Why did /she/ die?!" every +
