I am uncomplicated, spontaneous, weird, naive, a control freak, a photographer, a dreamer, a chemistry student, a knitter, a hopeless romantic... I'm me!

I think that point was roughly 70.000 euros (78.000 USD). That's the point where money isn't the limiting factor for happiness.

I read a study somewhere that shows that average happiness increases with income, up to a certain point. After that it doesn't matter.

nursing, building stuff, things like that. I really like that we don't lock those pupils up in a school until they're 18 (2/2)

This is only in the higher levels, though, the lower levels have profiles steering more towards an actual profession, like (1/2)

I got my high school diploma in both the hard and the soft science profile, because I had biology as a secondary elective

Hard has physics and higher level math, soft has biology and the option for lower level math. In practice there is very little difference.

We have this in the Netherlands, at age 14-15, you choose between a economics, hard science, soft science or culture profile.

They are. The 14-year-old I'm tutoring always wears one.

Yay! A beautiful hoop will also help with motivating, doesn't look so scary. Good luck!

Search for a circus hoop with a diameter of at least 1 metre. With me, it helped when I searched foor "hooping" instead of "hula hooping"

Well... there are these things called fitness hoops. DO NOT BUY THOSE! They are scary and can hurt you seriously.

and the hula hoop met every criterion, so that's what I did (2/2)

I made a list of everything I wanted and did not want in an exercise routine, taking past successes and failures into account (1/2)

Well, I live in the Netherlands... I do know a good store here, but that won't help you, probably?

That's what she's called in the dutch version "Doornroosje" (little thorn rose)

Being a teacher is basically volunteer work: you work more and get paid WAY less

Not just as a nation... it's the same pretty much everywhere >.<

That seems worse

Yeah. About 50% completes the lowest level, 30% the middle one and 20% the highest.

In the Netherlands we have three 'levels' of high school. Complete the highest and you can get into any university, regardless of grades.

eh, I think it's more space efficient than 3 stalls in the mens room not being used while there is a line for the womens'

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think that should be possible...

I think both sexes think the other ones are the filthy ones XD

Why aren't unisex bathrooms a thing in more places, they seem a solution to so many problems.
