This is a great post! Personally, I have lost 20 lbs (10 to go!) with basic calories in < calories out and only walking/doing yoga 2x week.

Wouldn't it be cool if our knee jerk reaction was to just enjoy the post and assume the kid is enjoying himself? I think that would be cool.
Yes, it's a lot of work, but kids always appreciate the time and effort you put in to making their snacks.
