I had a customer with similar tattoos all over his hands and neck. He yelled at me and refused help from my other latin co worker (customer was wrong and tried demanding free stuff) my non latin manager came to help, the customer became all friendly and suddenly remembered manners. Shout out to my manager who believes customer abuse isn't allowed in customer service
