It was pretty simple and fun!
I drew out my design and then used a jigsaw to cut some thin oak that I had. Then I painted the design onto it, added a hanger on the back.

He did too. They're like arm dangling finger traps. They were hoping by putting the weighted bags on his arm and his fingers in there that
He flipped a side by side and got his arm smashed under the roll cage.
