Thanks for the detailed response and the examples. Despite not feeling anything in these situations you do still seem to have a sense of what's right or wrong. And maybe you didn't feel anything when being there for your friend, but you were there regardless. And maybe it was a calculated, logical decision to be there for her, but it's still in a sense a form of compassion. So thank you for being there when she needed you.
We learned in kindergarten, don't do anything to others that you don't want happening to you. I've gotten pretty far in life with that advice.
I'm legit curious, when someone pinches your skin really hard does it hurt you and do you dislike feeling the pain? If yes and yes, do you feel the urge to stop the pain from happening?If yes again, follow up question.
