Possible, but tons of shepherd mixes have that coloring. (Our husky/shepherd/shar pei for proof: )
We have a shepherd/husky/shar pei (per a DNA test) that has the exact same coloring:
Can't unsee...at that angle it's like a fifth leg O.o
As a current corgi owner, I wouldn't recommend them as starter dogs - it takes a lot of energy and training to keep them sane and social
It's mostly to keep them clean at shows...that way you don't have to groom them every time you put them in their stall.

Most companies will take you without a degree - I recruit for Amazon and we don't care about degrees. If you can write the code, you're in.

we take that shit seriously and want to fix anything like this but won't necessarily know that there's an issue unless someone reports it.
If it arrives after the "guaranteed delivery date" let customer support know. There could be an issue with the shipping line or the seller
