The first few months are the hardest. I hired a postpartum doula once a week for a month and it made a huge difference.
Employers don't pay for maternity leave, Employee Insurance does. You contribute every paycheck. Or at least that's how it works in Canada.

It's realistically the only way out. Canada is still dealing with 4th wave and our fully vaxxed rate is 75%
No, we usually all stand right away. But yes, we take our turns.

I'm pretty sure Alberta just couldn't afford to pay their government funded employees for the STAT (1.5). They still honored the day.

I have kids but I would be totally fine with no kids/dogs campsites. I prefer to camp with only families. Could go without the dogs.
I had to rehome one of my cats cause she wasn't getting along. Gave her away on Kijiji for free and supplied new owner with cat stuff.
She has so many videos and all I do is watch her hair and eyes. So mesmerizing!
I've seen cats pant before when it is super hot. Granted this car was very fat.
It's certainly shady but their future employer would figure out they know nothing sooner than later.
I find cats live longer if they are both indoor/outdoor
But that doesn't happen until 101 Dalmatians
She doesn't hate dogs, she loves dogs. Dalmatians killed her adopted Mom and her real Mom is mentally ill so she will be too.

Sometimes these tests are wrong. Happened to a friend of mine after she had kid #1 with significant disabilities. Kid #2 was fine.
Alberta still has the highest rates per capita in the country. No bragging or anything.

My husband is from ONT and we live in AB. He had to ask me what kind of bird they were and I was shocked. I thought the were everywhere.
Canada has maternity leave and parental leave. For a total of 50 weeks. They pay the same amount.
