i have heard that you are allowed to "rebuild/repair" aka, swap in identical model mobo. cannot change mobo model though. never tested.

if you don't use the always listen feature, you can turn it off. that's pretty funny. i think it will gradually learn your voice.
that sounds like a teamspeak issue, or your default browser is not set correctly. hit win, type default programs and set your browser again
