glad to be of help! It's so easy to forget to drink! the oposite of realizing the pack of smokes is gone (one reason I quit!)
aaaand I realized I was ranting, so this one is just to close out the chain :P (4/4)
specific times over the day, fitting my schedule and logging it in MFP - so I don't end up missing 2 liters by bedtime. (3/?)
and I need to conciously drink water over the day, so I bought a couple of coffee mugs for on the go and make sure to refill at (2/?)
I can't stress the water point enough. One of my worst enemies is that I forget to drink when I focus on something, home and work (1/?)

it's tendencies and not attempts. A reason not to, that's a good thing. Don't mock him for having priorities, encourage him instead. (2/2)
perhaps the fact that he has class is one thing that stops him, because he feels it is important enough to keep going? ´that's why (1/?)

How considerate, they wear different coloured shirts so strangers can tell them apart! ... or it's the light, but I hope I'm right!
