My classmates tried to vote a pair of twins as Prom Queen and King so they'd have to go up together.

Apparently the GOP replacement bill covers less people than actually repealing the ACA. It's absolutely criminal and I hope it fails.
I don't agree. By that logic if a person is drunk and rapes someone it was the other person's fault because the rapist couldn't consent. Ya?
