If you have Photoshop ,set your canvas to a square, Filters, distort, Polar Coordinates, First option in the dialog box. do some tweaking.
i turned 20 on that exact day.

nope. I downloaded the original file converted it to an mp4 and then imported it to layers in photoshop and saved them to JPG.
we get bored "designing" ads all day. ;)
