They're booing you, but you're right. I did the heroin (fent) withdraw-use cycle for a while. I could deal with thr tummy issues, the restless legs, the temperature changes. It was being completely unable to sleep that would always bring me back to drugs. The one time I managed to get ahold of some Xanax, I used them for about a week to sleep at night, and never went back again. Truly a godsend as long as you don't use them too long or do the thing where you fight the sleep so you get high

One day the come and swoop you out of your cell, but instead of hanging a right to hit the yard, you alone get pulled down a sharp left. Or, death penalty, but you're not on death row, you're in gen pop with "i dream of raping your kids" tattooed on your forehead.

Doubt it. Most people work, make dinner, clean up, watch a show or scroll YouTube and then pass out. You have to actively seek out these kinds of knowledge, and most simply don't have the bandwidth. And thats not to denigrate the average American, our society has been set up that way.
