Exactly. What I'm getting at is that time zones are continuous, not discrete intervals. Hence, it is always 5 o'clock somewhere.
Teeechnically, though, the time zones assigned by man are in convenient intervals of 30 minutes, so it is always 5 o'clock somewhere.
