Used to have night sweats all the time! Cut dairy/gluten and it’s been non-issue since. I can slam carbs of any other type too w/out issue

I can (and do) eat a bowl of rice/millet pasta + slam a protein smoothie right before bed and I’m good. Aren’t bodies messed up??
