You can buy them online cheaply these days. Look up "mirror cube" :) (also, same solving algorithm as normal, just use thick blocks as base)

They aren't that hard actually. You just have to use shape instead of color. I always have trouble with the last layer though.

Solved one of these at a Rubik's Club. It took some thinking to wrap my head around looking at edge lengths rather than colors.
