Even if there is no direct violation of the law, there is political recourse. Since it is use of our public space, we do ultimately have say in how it is used. We just need to organize against it.
It isn't stalking. It isn't illegal. However the public did not authorize the use of our public space to be used to surveil us. We can and should put a stop to it.
The law isn't the problem. It's the government allowing it without public authorization.
Surveillance of the public by a private company without public permission is tyranny.
