Funimation/Crunchyroll went on the warpath some time ago.
That's what I was thinking when they got that one open and ran their hand over it. I've had fiberglass on me before; I dread to think what volcanic glass under the fingernails feels like. Or having a piece of the surface act like a deli slicer.
The losses of Challenger (1986) & Columbia (2003) and all crew. The short version for both is going the route of "let's ignore the engineers.)
Near-dead batteries, usually from a remote of some form.
Even if it isn't, they can still cut their lips.
"Phil Collins, from the Dead Space 3 commercial?"
Like a better alloy that doesn't corrode in contact with the other one that makes them seize together.
With VGA being around so long, I wouldn't be surprised if the specific metal alloy used changed on either side of connectors when DVI started being used. Likely ended up being less physically reactive.

Except toasters aren't scarce. There's only so much housing, and more and more are being bought by rental companies.
QAnon would be my guess.
Can't say something like that without spreading the recipe details! :o
I remember a test one of the tech sites did many years back with various things as thermal compounds: chocolate, peanut butter, and so on. Technically, they all worked since it's just meant to be a thermal transfer medium, but obviously there was some mixed results on the effectiveness for obvious reasons; heh. Also I can't imagine what mayo that got that hot would smell like, and I don't think I want to.
I remember seeing the ending coming a mile away in the second one even as a kid. Don't think I've seen any of the others. REALLY didn't expect the most recent one to have been as late as 2020.
You take that server power supply out of there this instant before it overloads!
I really wish I could remember what the one overhaul mod I had at one point was. I remember it being incredibly awesome. What sucks is it's been so long now I don't even fully remember what changes it made, so finding it since have basically been impossible.
Also I don't know the finer points of reentry, but isn't the outside still pretty damn hot before splashdown takes care of it?
I see the Soviets have played knifey-gunny before.
And then Andromeda happened. D:
The answer we were looking for was 'Roseate Spoonbill'.
I'm the same way. I know people were iffy with the story mechanic, but I think having the time to essentially refine what they did with OoT made it my favorite of the two.
He's been around since 1971, so I can't imagine this was the first time it was said on camera.
Makes ya think it's actually Wednesday.

It's JonTron.
To be fair on that one, they use larboard and starboard. It's way harder to differentiate the text with various monitors and display settings in the middle of combat.
I was expecting a train.
That thing is a customer service chatbot if I ever heard one.
Well that's easy; they'll have a radio. Can just ask.
That's clearly a washtub.
