I feel like your best hope is to grab all the people who were willing to do the no kings protests, arm everyone and march on washington and force the issue. Lets not kid ourselves. Trump will find some way to irreversibly lower the high velocity sinking bar which has already caused immense property damage in Hell to avoid the midterms.
A lot of people are scared of leading. It is easier to fall behind someone who takes responsibility for things. They don't even have to be all that charismatic or competent. Critical thinking and teaching the benefits of mutual cooperation threatens powerful people so instead they teach "law and order" and use fearmongering to make it seem safer to hide behind others.
I've suggested that we protest in shifts to keep the disruption constant. I don't know how viable that'd be.
