It's a new hobby, also helping me lose weight. Already down 36 pounds, and it's more fun than I thought it would be. I love it
These people were people I knew before hand. Honestly if you want to rent a place out I would suggest hiring a company to manage it.

Ya a proper eviction notice comes with legal backing. And if they refuse to leave police will only remove them with a warrant (from a judge)

Depression sucks I play the 'thank you game' when you start feeling down name 10 things your thankful for and why your thankful for them
I feel the same way as the other two. I feel like I have to be skinny and have defined mussels and I have to be naturally handsome no makeup
