Because somehow Fox News has convinced the right that requiring telecoms to be impartial in their services is an "unnecessary regulation"
How would you fix capital gains? Looking at history if you increase CG tax people just move their investment capital.
Because the Rich are currently paying next to nothing. They have money in investments that pay very very little capital gains.
